You are not allowed to sell koins for less than 1,000 = $1, but I am not selling koins, and here they are more than the exchange rate. I have been confronted by staff about this as well.
 
lol that is dumb. If I gave you 150,000 koins for Probe that would be like giving you $150 for it.

And what would you be able to do with those 150,000 koins? Nobody accepts koins as payment. Pretty much all you can do is put them in the lottery, and upgrade people. I've won over 1,000,000 koins in the lottery.
