Nexus is down?

When I click run-RAM1000MB, a .exe file opens. After that, something is supposed to come up which asks for a password for a specif question. Why is that window not coming for me? It gets stuck at the .exe file. :worried:

After that, nothing comes up like it should. I've tried restarting my computer, installing the client again and trying an older version of the client. Nothing has worked so far.

I was on windows yesterday and it wouldn't load for me either, than i switched to Linux and it works just fine.
