It's taking jagex along time to unban me, I think it's because they're calling my brother from another mother. I've waited almost 2 days now. I thought it was a bot that does bans?

Yo brah, like, dis be madness! Basically I took my PC to tis place, I think my bro called it 'PC world' or something, right? Then the guy took my PC for like, half an hour, MAD, I know right? Then the guy like... ermm... Told me I had something on my pc, right? He said it was some kinda virus that made this connection with my computer so the hacker could use this "IP". I think he called it a "Remove tool" or "Remote admin tool". No sure, it's freaky brah! Like, I did nothing to with 'macroing', I do all my jack 100% legit, ask my mother, or my brother from a another mother!!!
