Meh for a starter its a 1/10 but practice more and watch tutorials or check out the GFX forums.
I did mine a while ago and got a lot of compliments on it

ok well i just needed one with my aim and xbox so i wasnt expecting 2 much

Honest Opinion: Maybe a 1/10.
You should Try Cinema 4D and Photoshop for a Sig/BG/Anything.
That's what I use.
