I recently came crying to Crayo due to the lack of a dedicated Anime section. There cannot possibly exist a forum which is focusing on monetizing / gaming yet lacks a proper Anime section.

Crayo is rather hesitant to make such a section as he fears it would be left inactive, therefor I am requesting every animefan to comment in this thread forcing Crayo to create such a section.

A dedicated section for Anime will also increase posting activity and allow members to share a common interest other then Monetizing / Gaming.

It's realistic and Crayo just said maybe on MSN. Suck it Roobik, suck it.
 
Why isn't this realistic. Anime is rather popular amongst the target group of Marketforums, it will also give users a stronger reason to stick around (if their interest is also Anime). IMHO there are only upsides with an Anime Section and I will personally make sure the section will not be left dead
 
Whatever, if there will be hentai in the anime section then I'm good.
 
Ecchi ain't bad to be honest. Hentai is pushing it for me however there is quite a lot of Ecchi series which I have watched and nudity is often needed to push a series to the next level, like with Elfen Lied (Mainstream example)
 
I talked to him a couple of weeks back, about it. He said that we need more anime users and population before he will open a section for it. : /
 
Same, Let's hope Crayo gives in .

Alternatively an Anime Group could be created having it's own private section. That Crayo will not bare the shame of having an inactive section^^

Phreak, how do crayo know that we don't have enough Anime fans?.

For him to know you would need to create a thread like this one here. Thus far we have 3 Anime Fan's excluding Roobik which would only participate in Hentai discussions which I find inappropriate for this forum IMHO.
 


He said that we don't have enough to populate an entire section. I even told him I would create an Anime Fan group here. I was hoping to get it made official. I think our best bet is to recruit some more anime fans, or have more people post about anime.
 
I agree that an Anime Group should be started however even such a group would attract the smaller Anime Fanbase in comparison to the total fanbase.

Opening the section and see how it developers would be a great solution. Copying tutorials from other forums which includes info such as mainstream anime, sites to watch anime and such to give the section a boost. Then hold smaller discussions such as 'Your favorite Anime' and such.
 
Realistically I'd rather purchase a forum databasr with anime content to merge to release it. 3 users and one semi-interested user isn't enough atm :S.

Normally I could ship you off to an alternative section, but with anime there's literally no where to put it. The Hut would accept it as it's off-topic but it's not ideal I know.

Realistically this thread has been up for 30 minutes yet we already have 3 interested members. More will come as members explore the Anime section and decides they want to participate in debate. The section might have a slow start but it will gain activity as time passes. Content is not a problem, copy Tut's and HQ threads from other forums, what's important is the discussions and debates IMHO and the activity.
