New Rule(s)

I've been recently reviewing the website, and I feel I've made a good decision.

Some things are being removed:
  • RuneScape Cheating
  • RuneScape hacking tutorials
  • Hacked account sales
These rules are being enforced:
  • No hacking software discussion. (No phishing, no Remote Administration Tools, Keyloggers etc)
  • No sales of hacked accounts
  • Warez is not allowed. To release anything you must have permission from the author. This includes but is not limited to:
    Torrents
    Other copyrighted software
  • To sell any accounts, THEY MUST BE YOURS.
  • To give-away e-Books, you must supply where you got the e-Book from or if you're the owner.
I don't honestly care if you feel this is unfair. I never intended for Rune Gear to be a hacking discussion website, I want it to be mainly based on RuneScape discussion. These rules will be enforced.

I ask Staff not to warn members for 3 days for this as they're new rules, but maybe later.

Great rules, And i hope for everyone to stick to it. This will be good and it will be a wise decision in the future for bigger and better plans.
 
Great, Now we don't also have to worry about jagex as HF did for example. We wont have any legal issues!

Err... for those who don't know DMCA is - Digital Millennium Copyright Act
 
I like all rules but... Runescape hacking.... That can be limited to just social engineering... Anyways, great rules, need to revise quickly.
