Yeah i'd get rid of the girly userbar, unsure Christy may not allow it.
 
Why not try something different? You running another group like Envious would be pointless.
 
I suggest a group, for the newbies that can't get into the "good" groups that have high requirements! This will help newbies to meet new people and maybe one day get into the groups with high requirements! Just my suggestion.

He's already accepting everyone to Arcane. If he keeps that going then it's already been done. :)
