Red text blends in too much with the orange, white or some other light colour would work better.
Also, having a plain black background instead of the grey and white gradient would help illustrate the spiral fern a lot more.

I know both effects =P, you should try to use more original effects and play around though.

Awesome, for a beginner. I had also followed that tut but mine didn't turn out as good.

7.5/10 for that one ^^.
 
I like the third one the best, but they all lack colour in my opinion. Probably a 7/10 from me.
 
Need to blend the letters and add more effects
 
Yes I have learned how to do a lot more with like fire and lots of stuff..

I think I'm getting pretty good.

Although I did lose all the plugins I had

I did the update but i didnt loose any plugins or brushes..
