As or right now new members cannot post anywhere in the marketplace or pm anyone until they post 25 times. Hopefully this will reduce scammers. This might cause spam to occur, so if you see it just report it, and it will be taken care of. Thanks

Unfortunately current regular members have to post 25 times out of the marketplace before being able to post in the market again. I am trying to get this fixed asap so as of now post in this thread, and I will personally fix your account so you can post in the market without having to make an additional 25 posts. Alright I have fixed this all up. So all members that already have 25 posts can post now. I also fixed the system to where it updates every minute. So right when you make your 25 post you should be able to post in the marketplace.
