New macbooks very dank

So apple have brought out their new macbooks, and my favourite being gold, which I am thinking about purchasing.

Specs: 
250GB Storage 
1.1Ghz dual-core
Intel Core  M processor 
Turbo Boost up to 2.4GHz
8GB Memory
Intel HD graphics 

price only £1k so about $1.4k 
I already have a main expensive laptop but i just want something to chill on and take to college

Damn I wasn't aware apple dropped these they look sick! I love my mac but the specs are always good not amazingly good, The mac I've got now was customized and tweaked a little which is good but I've got no warranty or anything on it if it breaks lol

I'm gunna look into getting one of these too they'd be perfect to dash around Uni with. But yeah man I'd say cop Gold or Space Gray!

What @melephunk said....  Save yourself the embarrassment and buy a chrome book if you want to browse the web at most.

You're paying $1400 for fancy looking Chrome book. You may as well get an iPad in my opinion.
Longevity wise, it'll last 4-6 months before slowing down and making you regret your decision.

But despite that fact. I've owned a Mac my entire life (im19) and they have NEVER got slower. i am currently on my 2nd MacBook Pro. Chrome books are stupid so I agree with payig the price for a good laptop people are secretly jelly of. And it's a fashion statement traveling
