New Investor Features

Alright now Investors can:

Rate their own threads
Close their own threads
Sticky their own threads

Users who sticky more than 3 threads at a time, will be warned. Also, Staff and Admins have the right to unstick any thread if necessary.

Premium users can close their own threads now also.
