New Graphics section.

In the Graphics forum, there should be a new section titled "Requests", for players to request signatures, avatars, and images for their websites.
Inside of this, I'm also suggesting there should be 2 sub sections titled "Paid requests" and "Free requests".
This would help keep requests visible and easily contained in one section.

I for one, would rather get paid for my services, and I'd like to make threads to show off when I'm selling instead of making a seperate thread for each piece.

i really support this suggestion i already want to request a signature from Echoes . will make the Graphic section more organized

I'll implement this later today, I think this would be a great new forum.
