You just use Horizon which is basically a gamer picture injector, not hard at all.
 
ehh im working on making this stick, every time i log out, it goes away. should be easy to make it stick. gimme 10-15 min
 
All you have to do is Extract your Gamerpicture from the account and inject it to your gamerpicture pack on your HDD and change it.....

I can do it in like 5 minutes, Which way are you doing because its obviously not working for you yet.

heh its my method just made up. and yes it is working. you just cant use avatar pics because the url has the gamertag that the avatar gamerpic was made on. everything else it working fine.

I will release it for free,but I need to get the method in a clear tutorial first since the method is pretty complicated at first.
