I like how you assumed I was talking about you.

I was mainly trying to say the future of the award and the people he'll hand it out to. Nowhere did I say you or Sector or Leader were rep whores.

I know this. I had many discussions with @BasedGod about what HQ really means, as he stated a page or two ago. I was just giving my opinion on who I think really is.

Otherwise, it is his award, I guess he can give it to whoever he wants.

I don't think we should have an award for this. The word "high quality" is subjective by nature, and many people will just disagree with the recipients.
 
I think I deserve this award If not there are alot of others.
