New applications from Google: Searching on Google Without Typing

Searching on Google will no longer need to type a keyword, it is quite pronounced.

Tuesday (14 / 6) in San Francisco, Google announced the application of speech recognition Voice Search for Google Chrome browser. With Voice Search, browse whatever no longer need to type in keywords.

This application works with a sound sensor, so the keyword is quite pronounced, and the Chrome browser will display the search results.


Speech recognition technology has previously been widely used Google Android device owners, because they feel typing a keyword in the phone keyboard is tedious.

Voice Search will soon appear, but not in the near future. If this application is already running, try to check Google.com. In the corner there is a search box microphone icon image. You click on the picture the microphone and say the keyword search, then the browser will work.

So to be able to use this application, the computer absolutely need the microphone.
 
That's pretty neat. I'd love to try it out once it becomes available. I know that on the google app for the iPhone that there was a voice command capability

Yes years back someone was saying it is of great advantage if computer could recognise the voice and written script would appear without have to type. That would be very nice

yes, that would be very simple if we can give command to computer using voice..
