First of all: You messed up by dealing off-site. So no, your claim of a scam report would not be valid.

Second: In a way, you deserve this for not dealing with enough caution. You pretty much just gave whomever you were dealing with, free money.

As @Ecstasy said, this is your own fault.
Not only being off-site but jumping straight into a deal like that is very risky and likely a scam.
Also, the fact that you're angry over $30 is a little sad, just saying.

First of all: Deal was all on-site.

Second: Yeah I know I did the deal really quick and didn't look for a middle man or anything basically just trusted him

If the deal was on-site, then why are you making a huge fuss about it? Make a scam report right away then and see what the community thinks. Don't post a bullshit thread saying your mad because you made a mistake making you cry over $30.00.
