Neutral Reputation

According to the changes that are coming soon onyx will no longer be able to give out negative reputation.

My suggestion is as another change should be made allowing Onyx members to give out neutral reputation. This will allow those members to still speak there minds about a user even if it isn't in a positive notation.

I don't see any point. If you just want to leave a warning on any user, make a Community Warning. Also, learn to post in proper section.

I think this is a good idea, to be honest. I'd like to see this implemented.

Neutral reputation won't be added.
