What's with all the negative repping me? In return I can give you -99999 if you would like. If anyone has concerns about what is going to be happening to the forums please just send me a PM and I will be more then glad to help.

Glen, people are negative repping you because people don't feel you don't deserve to be the owner for some reason. They most likely do not like change, and or are people that have downsyndrome. Don't feel bad because of reputation, sir. It's just a number, plus you have much positive over negative anyway!
 
Because there are some real idiots here who don't use the rep system like they should.

It's true, people think you did something wrong. It's just haters they'll realize soon enough that it's a mistake and that you are better for the site then they realize. They just don't accept change.
 
To be honest, you making this a topic, gives me an impression of you that you deserve it.
Someone doing a big deal about rep and as one of the owners threatening to give people "-9999" rep, that's just... bad.
I guess, you can, but using it in a threatening manner is really abusing powers.
Rep is there to express feelings about peoples and you can't really do nothing to change it, if you remove it, I'd say that's abusing your powers, if you're -9999'ing them, that's also abusing.
Just saying.

Well, I don't judge him, I'm just saying, it doesn't give him a good appearance. But I do believe he is a good contribution to the forums.

I haven't take this personally, and I am not threatening anyone. My concern is that I want to understand what issues the members have and if I can do something to fix this.

We are using a forum so I don't think there are any issues with communicating with each other.

The remark about -99999 rep is not a threat, it's just I can give better rep ratings.
 
Obviously King Glen is addressing this issue because he wants to make the forum enjoyable for everyone - and he wants to the people neg repping him to contact him like a man and tell him what problem they have with him and/or the forum.
 

People just don't get it through there thick skulls, that's all. Just ignore it and it'll roll over, this happens everytime there is a new staff member and etc. Nothing you can really do about it.

That's the problem, they don't want their issues addressed since they're quite stubborn. Leave it and they'll move on and most times change when they realise everyone dislikes 'em.
