Need WU or Netspend Reload Pack

I am looking to get any amount upto $300 of my BTC or PayPal exchanged for either Western Union or NetSpend Reload Pack. The NetSpend Reload Pack can be bought at most gas stations for 2 bucks, and western union can be found basically anywhere but has a pretty high fee.

I am willing to offer you 10% for doing any amount for me as well as the Philly's Star and Philly's Helper award here on-site.
