My other thread, Didn't show up, So Not sure if it Posted correctly, or If it was deleted, and Not sure why it would be, and if it was, the Person who did it, Must obviously be dumb, You don't delete a thread, without notifying the Owner....

Anyways, Im not Administrator, Anyone have VB2008? 2006 Doesn't work. Btw, I have this download of vb2008 portable, but when I open it says couldn't open file dte80a.olb and stuff, and I don't know how to fix. So please help please
 
What does that mean? Can I make into EXE and stuff?

And I need to be administrator, I wish people would read before posting
