Need Userbar

Can someone please design me a Userbar for Element? I have the new main colors below.

Main Color: Darker Red
Info: If I can get it like, Different Elements switching or something really cool. Animated would be awesome.

Looks like the new user bar you want will look much better. I might actually use it if it's better
