NEED URGENT HELP [TEAMVIEWER]

Hi, I want to try to recover MY old ass Skiller, from atleast 3 years ago, And for some reason, when I go to the Password Recovery page, where you input the Account Username, it says Error Java. click for details, So I need someone with a fast computer and teamviewer, and let me try to recover it..
