Remove all of the apps from there. Stops any 3rd parties from accessing the account.

Also make sure you remove all details from the Mobile Section, also add Two-Step verification to secure it even more.

Double check your number is correct. Maybe wait a bit. Their servers might be under some stress...
Failing that you could contact their support and ask why it isn't sending, but I guess that would be a last resort.
