It's impossible to lose your amount of weight in two days. If you're looking for a weekly routine, try what I suggest.
1. Start your day by waking up at 6 A.M., eating a couple of cups of oatmeal. (Oatmeal makes you less hungry throughout the day).
2. Drink 8 oz of water (a half bottle of water)and do not chug the water, take decent sized gulps while stretching for your run. I recommend doing leg exercises, whichever you prefer.
3. Run a few miles. The reason why I say a few is because based on what you've ran today, you seem like you're in good enough shape. Make sure to drink plenty of water during your run. (I recommend about a bottle every two miles).
4. By the time you've ran the miles, you're going to be extremely hungry. I recommend snacking on fruits, such as, bananas, kiwi, apples, grapes, etc. Only eat a cup of the desired fruit. Make sure to drink water.
5. After this, you're going to want to take a rest for a few hours. You can go on a walk or do whatever you'd like. Make sure to drink water.
6. Go swimming for a few hours by doing laps. When swimming, you exercise many muscles in your body. This includes your torso, legs, and arms. Make sure to drink fresh water during this, not pool water.
7. It should be about mid-day, now after swimming, take a break and eat because you will get hungry. I recommend eating grain for lunch, but that's just me. Get a fresh deli-cut ham sandwich on whole wheat bread. Don't add mayo, cheese, ketchup, or mustard. If you can, just stick to ham and lettuce. Make sure to drink water, yet again.
8. Now it should be maybe three-ish. During this time, I recommend riding your bike for 10+ miles. This won't take long at all. After you're done with this, you're done with everything. Go home, and take a break. Around 6-ish, prepare a meal. I recommend grilling chicken and topping it with fresh herbs and lemon. Lemon speeds up your metabolism. Keep this routine up for a few weeks and you will drop weight in no time. Remember to drink around a half to a gallon of water everyday. Too much water can kill you, so don't drink a lot.
