Hey I was going to upgrade yesterday but my Paypal got compromised so now I can't. Can someone upgrade me then I pay you back when I get this Paypal situation figured out thxs.
 
I'd just wait until you get your paypal sorted. You're pretty much brand new to the site, dont know how many people would be willing to trust you on this.

Debatable, you've got nothing to lose if you were to get banned.

Well if I never paid him back then would get banned but I would not scam.
 
I was the recipient of a charge-back when I last 'lent a hand'.
