Need Some input

I want to make a twitter bot but would like some input.

For those of you are not sure what I mean by twitter bot take a look at this account:

It just takes tweets with the word Fart in them and outputs:

"RT: @User (users tweet)" FART ROBOT APPROVES


I myself have made several other bots like this, but am out of ideas. I made one that congratulated people on having sex but it got banned.
