My friends main account he added 1600 Microsoft to the account but it shows a 0 Balance still. On Billing.microsoft.com it shows a credit of $20.00 was put onto the account. When he is on the dashboard everything he tries to buy says he needs Microsoft points ? What the fuck is that lol.
 
The new dash you must have added the code while you were on the new dash. So because of this Microsoft points arent on your use, you use Money thats what the $20 is so you can't buy anything unless you have a xbox or the same acct that has downloaded the beta dash.
 

He doesn't have the BETA dashboard and never has. So how is he suppose to use the Microsoft points ? Not possible ? I just added another 800 to the account and it still shows 0 but it took the code again. This is the regular dashboard nothing special.
 
Like for an example: I have the beta dash if i add 1600 to my acct it will turn into $20. I will not be able to purchase ANYTHING even change your gamertag or if you add microsoft points it will turn straight into money unless you are on a xbox with the beta dash.

The account must have touched an xbox with the beta dash, If it was downloaded onto it you can not buy anything unless your on a xbox with the beta dash.

Yes unless you have someone with the beta dash recover it and do what you wanted to do with the MSP for you, Or wait until it comes out.

No eta on when its suppose to come out ?, well that's dumb as hell.
 
Sometime in the middle or end of this month.
 
Beta was realeased, Jul 5th 2013, I'm assuming it will be out soon?
