Need Some Graphics Made [Possible Payment]

Hey everyone!
I'm looking for some graphics to be made for a site of mine. I am willing to pay either in forum points or maybe even some PP once I put more money in mine.
Here is what I need. I will be +3 every attempt and +5 the winner. They will also receive credits on the site.

Userbars: (I want these to look similar to MF's, I like them to be shiny)

Admin (Red)
Staff (Green)
Moderator (Blue)
VIP (Pink)


Banner: (Need something similar to this: )

I need the colors to be the same, just need it to say:

Forum Gods

Perfect!
Just brighten the colors up.. like not dull colors.
Like how on Staff it's a vibrant lime green.. and a vibrant red color. etc.

Phreak, I saw your forum, and IMO I think you shouldn't use that gaming theme. It's way over-used and it could be much much better.

Hey Phreak I was bord and decided to make you some stuff im not a pro just like to mess around with Photoshop heres what I made so far I didn't see your new logo till today so if you want it changed let me know.

I got the PSD's so if you want you can also edit it just let me know PM me or w/e.

Changed the font added a light Gradient effect to gloss up the top of the words a bit and resized to the proper userbar size.
