So, I'm a Junior in highschool, and our prom is coming up soon. Its actually on my birthday, April 10. I wasn't planning on going, since I was probably going to go out with my friends for my birthday. But I've been talking to one of my friends recently, and she was asking if I was going to prom. I told her that I wasn't too sure and then she told me to take her. She also told me how she had no date and that she had bought a $450 dress, which would then be a waste if she didn't end up going. I still told her that I wasn't sure, and that if I did decide on going, I would take her. I should add that we haven't talked in forever, and she randomly messaged me a couple of weeks ago. I don't know if I should just take her, since she is pretty cute, but I'm not really interested in her. Or if I should just straight up tell her that I'm not going, and probably make her feel sad since she already said that she didn't have a date. Any suggestions would help, since I'm stumped, thanks.

This seems like a tough mess to get out of.

Anyways, prom is pretty fun, and a time to get fresh as hell lol. I went to prom all 4 years of HS, that shit was just a must for me.

Yeah basically. Its either go to prom with her, or go and hang out and celebrate with my friends for my birthday.

Take her to prom then go turn up? Shit if your lucky she might turn up and next thing you know you got your dick wet. Just saying its a win win. You go to prom with a pretty girl and you don't have to stay the whole time, and after prom there is a shit ton of after party's that literally don't stop till like 7 am. Believe me, just cause you go to prom doesn't mean you won't get to have fun, I have had fun all the times I went to prom. You should seriously go then hit up your friends after or halfway through. Which ever..
 
Make it clear to her that you want to make sure she has a great prom which is why you are taking her. She will definitely return the favor and make you feel great towards the end of the night if everything goes well.
 
To be honest she shouldn't have bought a $450 dress if she didn't even have anybody to go with, if you haven't really talked to her that much and aren't interested in her as you said then I'd go and spend time with your friends. It's a tough one man, hopefully you can resolve this. Maybe you could take your friends out on the 11th as that's a Saturday and go to prom with her on the 10th.
 
Take her to prom then take her out afterwards with your mates. If you are nice to her and make her night true happiness, she will pay it back to you homie. #Slay
 
Lmao thanks everyone, yeah I decided that I'll just take her to prom. Then after prom go out to either a party if anyones having any, or just go out with some close friends of mine and her.
