Need some awards re-sized...

I need someone to re-size these awards to the size that is allowed for awards here. Who ever can resize these and crop them as an award. It must be 24x24 and must be transparent. You will get the award free







Also... which would look best as an award?

Why? do you mean with the new theme? because I plan on keeping this one...
 
Okay, for anyone that can re-size them, I would like the first and third re-sized so I can compare them and choose one as an award.
 
Everyone likes that first one but I like the second one the best.
 






someone resize these and make it look clear when it's resized...

and if someone has any ideas for an award post them here..
 
The troll one would be best as an award. There's alot more things you could do with it.
