Need Runescape Services

Okay so i have around 30-35m to spend and i was wondering if someone can do either of these services.

Dungeoneering: Either leech or go on my account (NO Bank Pin is given), need 140k tokens for 15M

Skilling: I have 84 Attack, 90 Strength, 86 Defence. I'd like to get one of these to 99 for about 6-8m for possibly all to 99 for a negotiated price.

Questing: If you could possibly do the following Quests:

Lunar Diplomacy
Legend's Quest

For 8m.

I can do lunar's diplomacy for you. I just finished it on my pure and I'm sure I can finish it without any guides. My first time doing Legend's Quest took me five hours, so I'll probably pass on that.
