Need programers for a game

Hi! I'm looking for some peoples to make a 2D scrolling game. I can't decide if I should start a game with Java (Eclipse, from scratch) or with a propgram like Game Maker (Easier to understand). I don't have that much ideas because my creativity is going down *lol* (Maybe a car game or terraria-like game, if only I could have some ideas ). I would like at the same time to learn more about coding, because I am not that professional (Begginer at coding...). If anyone is interested you can contact me:

P.S Don't think that I post this for fake because I just registered, I am trying to get some helps... And at the same time i'm FRENCH and ENGLISH, so I have hard time with english (not all the time but only in some cases, but i'm still able to talk correctly).
