I'm going to create a website and i would like to see if any one is willing to help in this venture.

It will be a Tech based Forum.

I'm willing to pay full or go half with partner.

They will get 50% of the Donation Cart.

Just curious about some things before I say I want to help.

Do you have an experience with forum software ?

Are you going to order a custom theme? If so how long after the site is up ?

I see it's based on Tech but what does that involve? I.e. computers, computer security, technology in general?
