Need Microsoft Wizard

I tried to look for a solution to you and the best one is to make a new user account and move your Microsoft Credentials to your new account.

Can I do that, delete the current user account, remake it, and move the Microsoft Credentials back to this one?
 
If you delete it then how will you get the Credentials, I was thinking you would have to move it from one account to another.
