Need iPhone help

I have an iPhone 6 and a while back I did the iOS beta program becuase I wanted IOS 9 before everyone but now I regret it. I'm not talking about regretting updating to iOS 9 I'm talking about regreting entering into apples IOS beta program. Now i just want to go back to before and receive updates when they come out for everyone. But I don't want to lose all my info that has accumulated on my phone from right after I updated to the IOS 9 beta until now. How would I go about getting out of this Beta program but also having all your information on your phone still be there when you resort back to just the plain IOS 9. Hopefully this all makes sense to someone and you can help me thanks a lot!

I can't find a link but there's a way you can download lower versions of iOS to your phone, I feel like that would take you out of the program, not sure thought. Good luck.
