Need input help

Ok so my friend has traded with another fellow on Craigslist and traded a PS3 for an Xbox 360 console. The guy who gave the Xbox to my friend said that the ps3 is freezing and my friend told him that he would have to turn up the fan to stop the freezing. He is also saying that he will take him to court if he doesn't give his Xbox back. Can he actually take my friend to court on that?

My friend also said that he wanted to talk to his lawyer and he said that he couldn't seems a lil fishy.

I don't think he can. Did your friend tell him no refunds?

He can try, but nothing will happen. Tell your friend to just block the guy and everything should be fine.

Yes all he has is his cell # and first name.

He cant do anything. For all you know he could of caused the problems his self.

It would not be worth suing someone for an xbox. Would cost more for the lawyer.

He is just trying to scare your friend. That is all.
