Need Ideas Userbar for .gif group

I need an amazing userbar for my .gif group I will be paying a lot for this. I could also use some ideas for the group and award. Lets see what you guys got.

How would it be impossible? You can upload a .gif in the FTP. And if you can't, all you do is go to Admin CP and enter the link for the userbar.

You can't have a .gif with a clear background.
@Rambo it will, it will just look awkward if you're using the dark theme like I am and many other members. New members tend to stick with the light theme.
