I have a Xbl account with a 3 Month on it,
and want to strip the gold off it. But everytime I call
and try they say they can't do it.

I need a trust member if they will do it for me or someone tell me
what I need to say so the will strip it off.

I could do this for you if it's really that hard, just tell them you're going on vacation and don't want your live to go to waste and ask for a token for the remaining live.
