I posted this thread in the wrong section (sorry mods and admins) but I need help with winning a dispute. @Surface scammed me, and I was wondering if there's anyone out there good with PP that can help me win my money back
 
Hey man! I'm sorry to hear that you got scammed. No one likes scammers. I hope I can help you here.
A little while back I got scammed for $25, I have no idea how much you got beamed for, however I feel this method is more sufficient with smaller amounts.
Call PayPal's support line, 1 (402) 935-2050 and when they answer talk to them about what happened. They will ask you what you were purchasing and may ask for proof,
when I called, the lady was wonderful. She simply placed a dispute on the purchase as I explained in detail what had happened. When you call by the way,
Do not sound like a kid. If you don't sound 18 or like the person on the account this will not work. I hope this helped you a little bit. If you need more help, my kik is in my signature.
