So I have a paypal account with alot of $ in it, but the info is random & I recently sold something but the guy "Mistakenly" Chargebacked, Limiting my account and putting on a 21 Day time limit, upon completion of this 21 Day limitation my funds will go into my available PayPal balance, Would I then be able to use the invoice method to place the money to a different account or be able to send it to another Paypal address as I would normally be able to, Thanks to anyone that gets back to me on this, Would be extremely helpful.

this happened to me yes after the 21 days, ( let me mention when they say might take up to 21 days ) they literally take up 21 days. Anyways, after the 21 days the money will then be added to your available balance. With that available balance your free to do whatever you want. send the money to another account etc. turns into a regular balance. hope this helps bro!
