I need helping winning a PayPal dispute about a virtual item, on July 7th this guy sent me $100 and put in the notes "I've already received the virtual item and I will not charge back" but on September 3rd he charged back, I now have 48-72 hours to respond with documents that prove the authenticity of this transaction that I no longer have. The dispute reason was for non-receipt so I asked a support agent if I could use the note he put in the transaction as evidence and she said yes.
