Need Help with my speech class

This semester in college I have Speech class, with over 50 people in the class.

I have a huge fear of speaking in front Of huge groups, my hands water, my eyes tear up, my heart beats outta my chest, and my mouth can not open up all the way I don't get it.

Any advice
