Need help with internet

Okay so I bought a booter off of HF and so I tried it out. When I kick someone offline all it does is kick them from the party. They dont get disconnected form xbl or anything. So what I did was I bought another booter and it did the same thing. I tried it on my iPhone and I got the same results so It cant be my computer, it has to be my connection. Is there something I can do to fix this? Like run some commands on the cmd prompt? I really need help cause if not I just wasted 20 bucks. Please help. Thanks

Is your computer connected via ethernet or wireless? If it is WiFi then try connecting via Ethernet

You need to have your computer and your xbox connected to the same router. Should fix it, if not then the booter you bought was shit looooool

Thanks guys I fixed it. The problem was that I was using Google Chrome. I switched to SRWare Iron and it worked!!
