Need help with inbox

My inbox is saying its full and wont let me receive pms when I just went through and deleted all the messages. Is there an admin that can fix this or can someone tag one.

Once deleted you must delete the messages in the deleted folder

Delete messages, delete messages in sent folder, delete messages in deleted folder.
