go on r/buildapc and search the best setups for your price range, then have a look on scan.co.uk got sales to get all your stuff super cheap, that's what I did for mine. But that setup looks pretty nice, should work as well (don't take my word for it though I'm a bit of a noob in terms of building custom pc's)
 
It would work but that GPU is horrible. If you're planning on playing anything more intense than RS you should drop to an i3 3220 or 3225 and a H77 MOBO the upgrade to a 7850/7870.
What's your budget? I'll make you a better build.
