Need help with 1st mass mailer and free smtp server (softshack)

I recently downloaded 1st mass mailer and free smtp server by softshack and am having trouble setting it up, what do I put for the host, user and pass in the mailer? and do I need to change anything on the free SMTP server?

I just put localhost and it worked. User and pass idk.
