Need Help With - 11th Prestige In Cod: Ghosts

Would anyone be able to fix this for me? It just bugs me extremely, both the people I've contacted appear to be busy and I dislike being an extremely big nuisance, message me if you can help.. It'd be really appreciated.

If you get 11 prestige on Ghosts there is a 100% chance you will be banned. I'm going to be 100% honest with you, I did a Recovery for 3 of my customers that wanted 11th prestige and now there all banned. Not there account is banned but they are permanently banned of playing ghosts multiplayer. Same thing happen to my main account as well.
