Need help w/ recovering

I have a GT, but I am not able to recover the account, it says that I entered the wrong email/password. I am able to sign in on xbox.com and live.com, but not on my console. Do you guys have any tips? Thanks.

I had this same problem with a tag that i used to have, no idea what the hell was going on but i sold it and i never had a complaint afterwards.
 
I had this problem a couple days ago. Check the account and make sure two step is off. That solved my problem, hope it solves yours.

It didn't work for me so i'm not sure the result in this case.

I tried some hours later and it worked fine on another account it happened to me on.

Got it, thanks a lot man! I was on the phone for like an hour with xbox trying to see what was going on, lol. Thanks man!!
