Need help regarding my runescape account

Well, a couple of months back, i bought a runescape account for 120 dollars, everything went well until now. The original owner ( from UK, he also made the account in uk) recovered it. I have ALL details, But, im not from UK, so i cannot recover it. I asked my friend from uk to recover for me, it succeeded, but then the original owner recovered it back. It's 3 days left until my bank pin is gone, what can i do? My friend hasn't been online for days now. Perhaps use and UK proxy? i tried 2x of them, but they all freeze when i send in appeal ( im supposed to get a tracking id to finalize the appeal ), thanks in advance - excuse my sloppy english

I'm not entirely sure how/if RS filters proxies, but yes, that imo would be your only hope. Usually the original owner is the one to recover. All I can say is see if it's not to late to charge back, depending on what your payment method was. Sorry to hear that. That's why I don't really do deals with RS accounts, they can SUCK your money through the bottom of your damn pocket.

edit: do you think it would be possible to use teamviewer on someone that lives in uk, and do the appeal from their computer ( without them getting all details )?
