Need help on certain part of resetting a tag

So i have the DoX to the GT: Panda and it has "issues" to where i can't just get it reset. If anyone has had experiences jacking tags and have proof or others can vouch for hmu on AIM cause this tags a beaut and i'm not letting it go to waste.
